  • Domestic Orders: 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

  • International Orders: 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returns requested after the time frame will not be eligible for a full refund.

  2. Do not return items to the manufacturer.

📦 Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item

  • Your item was damaged in transit

In those cases, Shop Taqwa covers shipping under our Easy Return and Refund Policy.


💡 Partial Refunds May Be Granted For:

  • Items with clear signs of use

  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, games, etc.)

  • Items missing parts due to customer error

  • Late returns outside the stated period

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • International refunds may take up to 15 additional business days to appear

🎁 Gift Returns

If not marked as a gift or shipped directly to the buyer, refunds go to the original purchaser.
